Elite Support Plan Benefits
- Phone support (9-to-5 MST) for one year
- E-mail support for one year

The initial purchase of your AWhere Professional license includes a one-year subscription of the Standard Support Plan. However, you have the option of paying an additional $105 at the time of your AWhere license purchase in order to upgrade to the Elite Support Plan option, or you may upgrade to Elite at the time of your plan renewal. All Support Plans are renewable annually.
Your Support Plan subscription will be valid for one year after your initial license purchase. If you wish to continue your eligibility for your support plan benefits into the next year, you will need to renew your support plan subscription before or at the time of the expiration of your current support plan subscription.

Purchasing the AWhere Support Plan gives you access to support for AWhere from our team of specialists.
Access to Updates and Upgrades
Your active support plan subscription ensures your eligibility for any and all updates of the existing AWhere software version throughout the year. Elite Support plan subscribers receive any available upgrade to the next version immediately upon release; Standard Support plan subscribers will receive any available upgrade to the next version upon subscription renewal.
Unlimited AWhere data set downloads
We regularly add to our collection of freely available AWhere data sets and other useful data products. Licensed AWhere users with current support plans have access to all of these data sets at no additional cost.
